A new store selling designer homeware items will open in Lincoln at the end of the summer.
Home Sense, a sister brand to TK Maxx, will move in the former Comet unit off Tritton Road.
The new shop is set to open in August and create up to 50 new jobs in the city.
Work is already underway to refurbish the former Comet unit, which has been vacated at the end of 2012 and has been unused since.
Similar to TK Maxx, Home Sense sells quality and branded homeware, with discounts of up to 60% less than the original price.
It’s likely that the homeware items in the TK Maxx in the Valentine Retail Park off Tritton Road will be replaced with more regular stock once Home Sense is open.
