The HomeSense Lincoln store is opening on Thursday, August 28, creating some 50 new jobs in the city.
HomeSense, which is a sister brand to TK Maxx, will open its doors at 10am, selling branded homeware items at up to 60% less than the original retail price.
Works have been carried out by Lincolnshire construction company Lindum Group, and began when the unit was vacated by Comet at the end of 2012. It had been unused since.
The other half of the former Comet unit is occupied by Oak Furniture Land, which opened last week.
